Burns Night Cranachan Recipe

Anyone out there celebrating Burns' Night? Wednesday 25 January? Just one month after Christmas, 3 weeks after Hogmanay, Burns' Night is a great excuse for a wee dram or two and a bit of a hooley in the dull days of January. If you need an excuse, this is it.
