I started out so well, but I seem to have lapsed for a whole week!

Over the weekends we had guests staying with us for two local endurance events.

On Saturday it was the Keswck to Barrow walk/run. Over 40 miles, up and down hills, passing through Grasmere after Dunmail Raise, then over Red Bank. The weather was terrible- freezing cold, wind , rain and even hailstones! Apparently it was the hardest conditions anyone could remember.
